Well, being part of a group of artist that give ourselves to the leadership of Karin Jurick or how some call her Capt'n , in her blog " Different Strokes From Different Folks " stretches you a bit but the result from everyone is really good.
I'm learning that I'm not 'too' crazy, seeing the result, but doing this piece was a bit daunting especially with this technique.

What an interesting take on this picture Dominique! I haven't found the courage to tackle it yet.
Thanks Sarah. You still have time just pick small area. You'll do great.
Very nice one, Dominique. I really like that you made it a vignette - great idea. I'll be working on mine tomorrow.
Thanks Edward, I will be looking forward to seeing yours.
Dominique, Whoa! You decided to take on the entire floor and you made it work beautifully. You've designed a strong flowing composition with your selection. You've made the area much bigger, more important and yet you still sense the urgency and movement. You've given it the Halo effect. This ethereal treatment can only mean that your stocks are doing fabulous. Marvelous!
Alice, Thank you so much for all your insights they are always so good and helpful. You are a true gem in this group of artist's.
Love this interpretation - wonderful composition and flawless technique! You should be very proud of yourself...I just love all of your work:)
Thanks Shelley, I'm good at the technique I just wish I was a bit more creative like you instead of illustrative. But I will take all compliments and I'm here to learn. I will keep trying.
Really wonderful interpretation...it really stands out with the Different Strokes submissions. The finesse of your mark is perfect for this scene.
Oh Thank you Candy.
