HEAR, SEE, SPEAK - NO EVIL

                                          8  x  5      pencil   &    watercolor pencils

Being mannequins I thought they would be the perfect models for this title since us humans have such a hard time doing it. This is the challenge of Karin Jurick "Different Strokes From Different Folks" check out all the other entries.

This is very timely!
Interesting piece, almost didn't notice the hands.

This is terrific! I had not seen it on DSFDF web page yet but I’m sure it’s on its way! I love your conceptual creativity

Adebanji, I had to push through to do this . The mannequins were not my ideal subject. Thanks for the comment.

You're so clever. I like the 70's semi-psychedelic back ground.

dominique eichi said...

Yes , the 70's with the Beatles You're right. I was thinking that.

Hello Dominique - Once again, excellent line quality, very well done.

Finished The Shack and loved it!

Angela, Thanks for your kindness.

Isn't it an incredible book, I have so many sentences underlined. Glad you read it.

Thanks for visiting my blog and the kind comments. You say you struggled with this one...and I did as well, but your final work is very interesting and well done. Think Karin was giving us a real challenge this time. Maybe a nice puppy or flower next time...he.he

Great idea and excellent drawing.A plus.

dominique eichi said...

Anne Marie, Thanks for your comment . I love the idea of the puppy or flower do you think that will happen, NAH !!!! We can hope. We had pumpkins a while back and they were not easy. Oh well.

dominique eichi said...

David, Thanks the idea just kind of jumped at me after it was almost done. It's kind of funny that way , you have to make a step of faith before it happens.

Dominique, well done! I like the way their fingers are spread apart so they really can maybe hear a little, see a little or speak a little teensie weensie bit, accidentally :D I know when I watch a scary scene in a movie I peek through my fingers like that. Just an interesting detail, I wondered if you did that on purpose or if I just have a bad, evil twisted mind, haha. Nice job, my dear!
