This is the latest challenge for " Different Strokes From Different Folks " site where we do our own interpretation of the subject presented by Karin Jurick.

Hi Dominique,
This is awesome, so much here that I like...the swirly clouds, water reflection and the boat's texture. I have to say the one thing I thought of in your interpretation of the rower is that she appears very confident. Well done.

Hi Dominique. I love how you captured the very subtle color of the boat, and how your ripples and clouds echo each other!

Beautiful - can't really say anything new - I like it for all of the above stated reasons. Nicely done! I haven't had the time to even check out DSFDF for the longest time - I miss it, am eager to get back to it too. It is a good discipline. Blessings-

Dominique,
I like your rendition. I have just started using acrylic for my figure/portrait painting. So each of them is a learning experience. I always try to visualize it like an oil painting whenever I use acrylic. It seems you have a good experience in the medium.

dominique eichi said...

Bill,
Thank you, Your pics looks like you need to be in the same painting !!

rajalekshmy,
Thanks for stopping by. For me Acrylics are faster so I have to paint faster it forces me to do that . Thats the man reason I use them. I hope you enjoy them.
