I found this site called posemaniacs that have quick poses to sketch from. It was great to practice that way. At first I did the drawing and then ounce the pose was done I went back on my drawings and accentuated a few lines.

I use posemaniacs all the time, it's great practice...and I love that you can rotate the figure. Nice job!
